Naujawanan Baidar's new release 'Khedmat Be Khalq' is a continuation of their previous work, introducing listeners to a reimagined version of Afghan folk music mixed with psychedelia, krautrock, and industrial sounds. The musician aims to draw attention to the global resurgence of fascism and fundamentalism, as well as the issues faced by the Afghan diaspora in the world community. The project is led by Nik Rayne, a member of the American psychedelic project The Myrrors, who has relocated to the Netherlands from the southern United States.
